NAME MODIFICATION
You can change the name of one or more passengers (new persons) free of charge up to 14 days before departure. Less than 14 days before departure, the change of name will be considered as a cancellation.
If ‘First Minute’ or ‘Early Booking’ discounts were applicable, these will be lost if the discounts are no longer available. Insurance cannot be transferred to the new passenger, who can only take out assistance insurance.
In the case of a name correction (same person), this is free of charge up to 14 days before departure. From the 13th to the 3rd day before departure, it is charged at €50 per person and less than 3 days before departure at €100.

Free modification up to 14 days before departure
- This rule is valid for all LuxairTours packages (not valid for "Holidays à la carte") except for packages to France, Italy, Germany, Finland, Dubai and "Metropolis". For these, the free modification is only possible till 30 days before departure.
- The change may concern the destination, the hotel, the travel date.
- It is possible to postpone your trip until 6 months after the initial departure date.
- Only one change is allowed per booking.
