Why choose a ‘groups’ offer rather than making several individual bookings?
By making separate bookings, you will not necessarily get the same rate for all passengers and the hotel may be full before the necessary number of rooms have been booked. Compared to an individual solution, you will also benefit from many more benefits in terms of price, flexibility and personalisation.
More attractive pricing
LuxairTours offers you group discounts of 1% to 10% compared to individual rates (based on the departure date and only for stays of 7 nights). For certain hotels, you will benefit from even bigger discounts with a higher minimum number of participants (20 to 30 people on average). Our group team will be pleased to provide you with the list of these special offers.
Greater flexibility
LuxairTours gives groups greater flexibility in order to make planning your holiday as easy as possible. It is not always easy to have the names and even the exact number of participants several months in advance.
That is why we sometimes allow the names to be provided after the booking. We also accept changes to names and the size of the group free of charge (or, when necessary, at very low fees) subject to certain conditions.
