That’s the best guarantee for worry-free holidays.
We offer two types of insurance:
- Cancellation insurance
- Travel insurance
Insurance policies can be added (separately or together) when booking your holiday or up to 14 days after the booking date. For short-term registrations (at least 30 days prior to the date of departure), the travel insurance must be taken out on the day of reservation.
Insurance policies may not be cancelled, modified or transferred.

If you need to complete a cancellation, luggage damage or illness claim, consult the ‘Downloading claim forms’ section
If you have taken out luggage insurance as part of an “Active Holidays” trip, please enclose, in addition to the claim form and the required documents, any proof of booking an “Active Holidays” trip.
Conditions of insurance
*If you have taken out luggage insurance as part of an "Active Holidays" trip, and notwithstanding the applicable General Provisions for Travel Insurance, damage to sports equipment caused by its use is covered, up to a maximum of EUR 3 000.
