InsuranceYou must first cancel your ticket on our website in the tab “My Booking”.
If you purchased a FLEX ticket, Luxair will refund your ticket. If you purchased another type of ticket, refunds will be processed by our insurance partner. To do this, please follow the instructions and download the form by clicking here
